Jersey Polaroids

Home for the Holidays I shot a lot of color 120 film which I am going to drop off to get processed, but I also shot a good amount of polaroids. Here are some split frames of great local businesses in Asbury Park New Jersey. Along with some polaroids of babies I happen to know. Hope you enjoy.

Randsburg California, Chrissy, Paul & Ariel left LA at 3 am to drive out to this quaint little ghost town near Mojave. We stumbled upon the morning with great light cracking over the hills rusted broken down shacks, mining tunnels and deserted downtown. The day trip entailed many photos around the town with the BMX and some masks Chrissy had brought. I took a lot of through the window shots that day and a whole bunch of Chrissy on her bike cause she just looked so tough. We got chased out of town by an overwhelming about of dirt bikes. It was the Saturday after Thanksgiving so it must have been a rally ride through the desert. We left and when to the hills and played dress up and took photos in the wind.

Haunted in Randsburg California

So recently I was on a long work stay in California my dear pal Chrissy Piper and a few others decided to go to this ghost town right outside of Mojave. We arrived in Randsburg as the sun had risen from behind the hills, The air was bone chilling and I believe I may have lost feeling in my toes a few times. I shot around Randsburg with the Hasselblad and some Tri-X here are some photos creeping into windows in a ghost town at the wee hours in the morning.
